i liked the location, it was near to the train station and city center! the staff were helpful and nice. the breakfast was very diverse and tasty, vegan options were great! the room was quiet, clean, and i found the bed comfortable.

the location was good near the train station. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the breakfast buffet had a very good variety of choices, it offered many options. i liked that there was a kettle for coffee and tea in the room.

The room was too small. at 6:45 am, i heard them taking out the trash. It was very noisy. the street outside was very busy with trams running very late, it impacted my sleep. i had a really short night of sleep, unfortunately.

the location was super central! i could drop off my luggage early, and that was a true convenience. breakfast offered a very nice variety of choices! it created a positive start to each day.

The room felt too small for a family. It only had one large bed. this made the sleeping arrangements difficult. i really wish there were more space for everyone.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Existed

The location was good, situated conveniently near the train station and the city center.

The reception staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, bordering on rude (I think I caught them at a particularly bad moment). The room was quite small for a family room, with only one large bed. To add to the discomfort, garbage trucks started their rounds very early directly outside my window. This, combined with the noise from a busy street, resulted in a disrupted night.

The room felt quite small for accommodating my needs. the lack of daily cleaning was also a problem. i had to request service 24 hours in advance through reception.. no minibar was available in the room. I found this disappointing.
