Prater Residence Apartment has 24 modern apartments in a new 6-floor building with an elevator. There are 12 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments, with most having a balcony. One-bedroom apartments are 45 m2 and feature a bedroom with two single beds (can be separated) and a living room with a kitchenette. Two-bedroom apartments are 60 m2 and have two bedrooms (beds can be separated), a living room, and a dining table. Each apartment includes a Smart TV with digital channels, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, and free Wi-Fi via dedicated WIFI routers. Bathrooms include a bathtub; some two-bedroom apartments have an extra toilet. Sound-proof walls are included.
Apartment Living
Apartments include functional furniture, anti-allergic bedding, and built-in wardrobes. Living rooms feature sofas and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchenette has an electric cooker, microwave oven, and coffee/tea maker. Two sofas in each living room can be transformed into standard beds, accommodating up to four guests in one-bedroom apartments and six in two-bedroom apartments. A baby cot is available upon request. All apartments have a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. Apartments tailored to guest needs. Offers residential character. Has close proximity to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. Offers excellent public transport facilities. In-room washer and also on-site laundry facilities.

Location and Transport
Located in a quiet street next to Corvin Shopping Centre, Prater Residence is a 2-minute walk from the Corvin-negyed Metro Station (M3 line). It is near the Holocaust Memorial Center and Trafó House of Contemporary Arts. Rakoczi Square is a 10-minute walk. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is 20 km away. You are able to access MVM DOME, Groupama Arena or Budapest Park from the city centre as well.
Additional Information
Check-in time is from 15:00. The building includes a garage with 15 parking lots (EUR 20/day/vehicle), accessible by car lift. Parking is free at night and on weekends. Garbage containers are in the garage next to the elevator (floor -1). The hotel welcomes visitors on any occasion - business trips, college exchange programs or training. Prater Residence provides assistance and hotel services. Electrical appliances in the apartments shall be used for its intended purpose. If you push the fire alarm button unnecessarily without any real emergency, we charge 300 EUR compensation fee. We kindly ask the guests to indicate to us all the noticed failures immediately to the reception.
