The staff really stood out. I want to thank them. They were consistently lovely and always smiling, even in a positive atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, I was also pleased with many choices.

The pool area music was nice, though some may consider it too loud at times. I think the hotel could adjust the volume, particularly in the evenings.

Bright rooms included nice decoration and were cleaned daily. The bathroom was big and clean, but some guests may prefer a bathtub over a shower.

The staff was friendly and always in a great mood. The breakfast and dinner offered many choices and delicious flavors. The gym overlooked the pool, a feature I particularly loved (I mean, who wouldn't!).

The WiFi connection was poor and intermittent, making it difficult to stay connected.

Breakfast included a good variety of food options each morning. The breakfast and the dinner were excellent. Fresh, much to choose from and good flavours. The hotel features varied dinner buffets with themed nights focused on different cuisines.

The room was cleaned every day, and the other areas of the hotel were also very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Such a relief after a day in the sun. I had all what I needed and the bed was comfortable (I slept like a baby!).
