friendly hotel staff broken air conditioning

the staff were friendly.

the air conditioning did not work in our room and they told me it was working. sleeping in 75 degrees was unacceptable. the room felt very humid, so towels and sheets felt damp.

Quiet retreat close to the centre

excellent pool area beautiful flower fresh towel many sunbeds

The pool area was excellent. The flowers and grounds are beautiful. My room was cleaned every day and I was given fresh towels. There are many sunbeds all over the grounds, not just by the pool, so you can easily relax away from the bustle.

The air conditioning in the room was not as effective as I hoped, it struggled to keep the room cool during the hottest part of the day.
