EXCELLENT experience NEAR the arc!

I found the location ideal, a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The staff were very nice and always ready to help. The front desk employees were FANTASTIC. My room was clean and, while not large, perfectly suited my needs. The eiffel tower view was an unexpected bonus!
The radiator in my room wasn't working, so it got pretty chilly, despite attempts to repair it and the provision of two small fan heaters, THAT was a pain

A BOMB chinese restaurant sits across the street from the hotel, convenient. Some reservations include breakfast with options like fresh croissants, eggs, and bacon. A latte machine provides excellent coffee. What a great way to start the day.

The hotel is near the Arc de Triomphe. You reach it with just a short walk. The Champs Elysees is also within walking distance for leisure strolls. Metro access is easy, with stations nearby for quick transportation.

Personnel is very nice, and employees at the front desk are helpful. Reception staff are cute. The staff are friendly. They are always ready to assist guests with directions and information.
