Hotel Playasol de Cadaqués offers rooms with options of a double bed or two single beds. Most sea view rooms include a balcony with a table and two chairs. Two rooms feature large panoramic windows without a balcony, offering views of Cadaqués Bay. Comfort sea view rooms include a balcony or large terrace with a table and two or three chairs. Family rooms include a separate tub, shower, and washbasin. North-facing rooms, mostly doubles with three triples, offer either a balcony or garden terrace. Each room includes a safety deposit box suitable for laptops, and satellite TV with 80 channels in 6 languages on a 32" or 40" LED flat screen TV. Air conditioning with an automatic thermostat and constant air recycling is included.
Onsite Summer Menu
Hotel Playasol offers a breakfast buffet from 8 AM to 11 AM. The breakfast buffet includes cold meats, homemade jams, cereals, cheeses, fruits, varieties of bread, and juices. Scrambled eggs are prepared as preferred. From June to September, lunch features an à la carte menu in the garden, surrounded by pines and olive trees, under parasols. Fresh fish from Cap de Creus and meat from Girona are available.
Leisure and Activities
Hotel Playasol de Cadaqués includes a heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to October. There is a heated outdoor Jacuzzi with capacity for 7 or 8 people and loungers. A steam bath with a sensation shower is available next to the changing rooms. Guests have access to a basketball court, tennis and paddle courts, ping-pong, and boules. All-terrain bicycles, both electric and non-motorised, and single and double kayaks are available. The hotel provides a reading room with a pool table, and a TV room. There is ping-pong under the pine trees in the garden. Paddles are available at the pool bar.
Location and Surroundings
Hotel Playasol de Cadaqués is located in Cadaqués, near the Natural Park of Cap de Creus, 35 kilometers from the French border. The hotel is 85 km from Girona-Costa Brava. Cadaqués offers coves and rocky beaches, ideal for windsurfing and kayaking. The hotel is near the Salvador Dalí House-Museum, the Greco-Roman ruins of Empúries, and the Dalí Museum in Figueres.
