“This adults-only resort distinguishes itself with themed dining, particularly the engaging Kotatsu experience, and rooms that are well-maintained; the Mayan spa adds an element of local tradition. While some aspects, like towel access, could improve, the hotel provides a solid base for couples seeking both relaxation and vibrant nightlife in Playa del Carmen; I find this balance appealing.”
