Plas Dinas Country House offers 11 individually styled bedrooms, each designed around a member of the Armstrong-Jones family. Rooms include sherry, Welsh fudge, biscuits, robes, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries, and tea in silk bags. Some rooms feature garden or mountain views. The Princess Margaret Junior Suite includes a four-poster bed and sitting area. Room amenities consist of a mini-bar and coffee maker. Select rooms have four-poster beds, and some offer en-suite bathrooms with both baths and showers.
Dining Experience
The Gunroom Restaurant, featured in the MICHELIN Guide 2024, provides a dining experience with a monthly changing menu crafted from local Welsh produce. Dinner is available daily (May-October) and Tuesday to Saturday (November-April), with sittings at 6 PM and 8 PM. Guests are invited to pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the Drawing Room or Gunroom Bar. A Quintessentially British Afternoon Tea is served Tuesday - Sunday with unique tea blends, cakes, and savories. A Welsh breakfast, featuring local produce and hot options, is included with overnight stays. Private dining is available in the Gun Room (up to 14 guests) or the Dining Room (up to 24 guests). The restaurant caters to dietary requirements with 48 hours' notice.
