Excellent location, great staff, some noise

The location of this lodging is superb. It is really close to the main lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety with local products and fresh juices. I would stay at this hotel again. It had a free ski locker available. I only needed a €1 coin.
My room faced the main road, and there was noticeable noise. It was hard to relax because of this. I think it is worth requesting a room away from the street. Hopefully they will fix this. It would improve the experience.

The location was quite convenient. The gondola station access was easy. I found ski hire right next door to the hotel. Breakfast provided a large variety of options.
The room was noisy because of the road. I changed to another room after some nights. Reception staffs were rude. They did not provide assistance when I asked.

i enjoyed the fresh pancakes and juices at breakfast. local products were available and the variety was good. ski lifts were really close and the free ski lockers were convenient. you just need a €1 coin.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. coffees for the espresso machine were not replaced after i used them. glasses were not cleaned either. overall, i expected better service from this price bracket. It felt a bit lacking.

Fantastic Stay in the Mountains

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. My room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily, which I REALLY appreciated. The half-board package included a nice dinner and breakfast with great variety.
The elevators broke down on one day, but it wasn't a huge problem.

The hotel is next to the main lift. This saved a lot of time and energy. There are also some ski shops nearby, so I could quickly buy necessary gear.

The personnel working in the restaurant and bar were very friendly and polite, always eager to assist guests. Erica happily cooked omelets exactly as requested. She made beautiful breakfasts for everyone.
