wonderful stay in a superb location
comfortable bedlovely bathroomfree bikessafe parking
the room had a large, comfortable bed! soft drinks were replenished daily, and the bathroom was lovely. i borrowed the hotel's bikes for free and had a nice ride along the canal du midi to trébes, a great few hours. safe parking was around the corner though the parking was expensive.
the hand soap was absent near the sink, i think hand soap is a must and not an optional item for a hotel like this.

The breakfast buffet hours were 7:30 to 10:00. Some items, like croissants, were not always replenished quickly. coffee machines made coffee of varying quality, and sometimes they did not work, a detail to note.

the reception team was personable and helpful, particularly carlo and his team. staff members speak good english which i appreciated. they assisted with directions.

the suite included a large bed, replenished soft drinks, and a lovely bathroom! many rooms offer views of the cité from the balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. rooms feature separate showers and full-size baths.
