the location was good. it was in the center of everything.
the check-in process was a nightmare. there was confusion about getting the key code, and no one was available when i arrived at 6 pm. the luggage lift was broken, so i had to carry my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs. it was frustrating and inconvenient

perfect location and modern amenities
excellent locationmodern technologycomfortable bed
the location was excellent right on the high street with many cafes nearby. the room had up to date technology including a tv where i could cast netflix (that was really handy!). the bed was very comfortable and the linen felt high quality.

the location was excellent for catching the ferry. getting around town using local buses was easy. the room had good showers. the staff was very helpful too.
a whole lot of confusion happened at check in. i had trouble receiving the key code. the luggage lift was out of order so i had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs.

Check-in was a mess. I received no help. Another guest sorted it. The luggage lift did not work. I had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs. Plugs for the kettle and coffee maker were hard to reach. They were behind a unit, and the curtain had to drape over the cables. I found it unsightly and not very safe.

music and noise from the pub kept me awake until 3 am, i had a wedding the next day and was shattered, i could not find anyone to complain to.
