The staff was INCREDIBLY attentive!!! The restaurant food was excellent, too. Buffet breakfasts featured a vast range of food. The position of the hotel was perfect. It has great views across the bay!!!
The security lock on the room was broken!!! The TV was also broken. The radiator in the bathroom was broken and set to the highest temperature constantly. It was difficult to use the ironing room.

the staff was very helpful, always ready to assist with any request. i appreciated the daily changes to the breakfast buffet, offering a good variety. the room was well maintained, with up-to-date amenities. the lift was a great convenience for easily accessing all floors.
the bathroom sink did have some minor cleanliness issues upon arrival that required attention.

this place boasts a perfect location directly on the promenade. it is very close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. i found day trip boats conveniently harbored right in front of the building.

the reception staff was very nice and were really good. one receptionist facilitated an early check-in upon my arrival. she also assisted with printing flight tickets and organized a taxi quickly.

dated furniturelimited selection
My room, a studio terrace, felt a bit dated. the furniture seemed worn. It was a building site more than a seascape! i also found the breakfast selection quite limited, offering few options beyond sugary pastries. A proper omelet station would elevate the experience significantly.

Fantastic stay with Great breakfast!
quiet roomgenerous baconreliable wifi
I asked for a quiet room and got one facing the mountains, away from the seafront. The room was peaceful and good. Breakfast impressed me, there were delicious local buns, pies, fried eggs, and generous bacon. The in-room WiFi allowed me to use WhatsApp telephony without problems.
The balcony faced a parking lot initially and smelled like smoke, THOUGH we quickly got a better room.

Reception service proved excellent. The staff welcomed me with smiles and provided useful tips about the local area ANYTIME I needed it. They were helpful and always available to assist.
