I felt very grateful for the helpful staff. The room was very clean upon arrival. The air conditioning worked very well, especially with the heat outside. I was able to use the available room service and found the experience good.

I noticed a slight draft coming from the window, especially during windy days. it was not a big deal, but could be addressed.

The breakfast offered a NICE variety of choices, including hot and cold options, with a decent selection of pastries. It was a great way to start the day. The restaurant also provided dinner service, which I found convenient after a day of exploring.

The double room included a modern design and a good air conditioning system. The beds were comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. It seemed like home! The bathroom included a shower with great water pressure.

The staff at the reception desk provided responsive assistance with all my inquiries, and they were very friendly. I asked for extra towels. They arrived promptly! Housekeeping kept the room VERY clean throughout my entire stay.

noisy air conditioning creaky door

Free parking was available, a definite plus.

The air conditioning barely worked in the room. It just made a lot of noise. the bathroom door creaked loudly whenever opened at night, not ideal at all. I found that pretty annoying.
