free coffee kind staff

The reception staff was very kind. They provided two complimentary breakfasts and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. Free coffee was available in the lobby.

The shower faucet had a problem. It was impossible to switch to the shower, and water only flowed from the top-mounted, non-movable showerhead.

the hotel is near the metro. restaurants are also close. i appreciate the staff. they speak english well, so there is no language barrier. they helped me with everything.

a SLIGHT problem looked with the shower tap. i could not switch to shower mode. the water only came from above, from the built-in shower head. it was not adjustable.

the hotel provides coffee access in the waiting area 24/7. this is beneficial for all Guests. the place also has a computer for Guest use and printing services during open hours. this is very practical.

easy access helpful staff stylish decor

The location allowed easy access to the metro. staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was a calming space. I really appreciated the stylish decor!

The elevator was quite small. I waited a bit sometimes.

A lift serves all floors, i noticed. It made moving luggage much easier. the hotel provides complimentary wifi, a great addition for planning daily activities. its availability ensured seamless communication and online access.
