The elevator was a joke. it barely fit one person and seemed like it was from another century. I half expected it to get stuck. also, the room lighting was dim. getting ready in the mornings seemed like i was in a cave.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay! The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the metro station. I especially appreciated the seated outdoor smoking area.

The historic elevator was quite small. It could only hold one person or a single suitcase, inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

Excellent Stay Near Pigalle Station

The location was convenient. Pigalle station is a short walk. Each staff member was friendly over the four days. I liked the hotel's vibe. I seemed like I was in the middle of the city. The space in the superior room was great. We had a small balcony with French doors.

There was very little lighting on the stairs , made it quite hard to see.

The hotel is in a peaceful cul-de-sac, though it is within easy access of bars. The hotel is within easy walking distance to restaurants. The train station is a short walk. This made it easy to get around.

Staff were kind and helpful, and they let us keep our bags at the hotel after check out. All staff were friendly. They gave us an upgrade. It was a nice surprise.
