convenient location early check-in tea facilities
the location near the philharmonie was very convenient. the reception staff helped me check in early. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. it was useful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception operates 24 hours. the location was good, public transport was nearby. we arrived early and they allowed us to check in right away, it was a big help.
I was handed a key to a room already occupied by another customer. This was a major security issue. they then moved me to a room, but it was trashed, it had dirty surfaces and carpets. there were smashed up walls and tiles, a broken toilet and not enough lights to see.

an adequate stay near the philharmonie
metro proximity quiet room luggage locker ineffective air conditioning stained linen surface dust
the hotel's proximity to the metro was convenient. i found it easy to access different parts of the city. the room was relatively quiet. luggage lockers were available, which i appreciated for storing my belongings before check-in.
the air conditioning was not effective . the room temperature remained uncomfortably high. i noticed some stains on the linens. the overall cleanliness seemed lacking, as i found dust and dirt on surfaces.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable! the room was cleaned daily. there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. These were re-stocked each day. the hotel was close to the nearest subway station.
the car park was ridiculously expensive! i was charged 30 eur a night.

the hotel provided easy access to public transportation with a subway station nearby, this allowed for efficient travel throughout the city. proximity to the subway made attractions easily accessible. the surrounding area included restaurants and shops.

the staff was attentive and helpful . they responded quickly to requests and provided useful information. check-in and check-out were handled efficiently, these ensured a smooth process.

Fantastic Stay Near the Philharmonie!
public transport polite staff early check-in
The hotel is close to public transport. Metro, tram, and bus access were very easy (it saved so much time!). The reception operates 24 hours a day and the hotel staff were polite. We wanted to drop our baggage before check-in, but they checked us in right away. This allowed us more time to travel around the city without returning for check-in.
The air conditioner did not work, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is excellently located near the Philharmonie. It is only 30 minutes via Metro to main sightseeing spots. This proximity simplifies travel for sightseeing and cultural experiences (a huge plus!).

Breakfast had plenty of options. There were fresh baguettes, cheeses, hams, toast, fruit, and jams available. The variety helped us start our days off right. It offered good fuel for exploring.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Their responsiveness made communication easy. The staff addressed all requests quickly, which contributed to an efficient and comfortable experience.
