convenient location saint lazare helpful staff broken air conditioning warm room
the location was convenient, just a short walk to gare saint lazare. i found the staff cute and always ready to assist. the breakfast had many options, it was a good way to start the day.
the air conditioning in the room was not working. the room was also too warm at night and i could not adjust the temperature.

i stayed for a few nights. the hotel is very close to a major train station, made travel very easy. the location is also quite convenient. the room was very tidy and the major train station is just a short walk away.
the room was not equipped with a kettle or coffee set.

A Return Visit is Certain

helpful staff central location spacious room plentiful breakfast
I stayed four nights and found every staff member good. The individuals at reception, the cleaning team, and those managing the breakfast all helped greatly. The hotel stands less than five minutes from Saint Lazare station. The room was spacious and benefited from a lift. Breakfast offered many options. I added it to my stay. It was located away from tourist hustle, yet central to everything. I would stay here again.
Being near the station, keen ears may notice a slight disturbance. You might even feel minor vibrations, however, I found it tolerable.

I booked a "romantic experience" here. It was something I paid for in advance, but staff completely forgot about it. After I reminded them, I had to pick up the wine and chocolates myself. I must say, their quality was average, so I wouldn't recommend that.

the breakfast included various breads, cheeses, and eggs and this was acceptable.
the room seemed small. i found it difficult to fit my luggage, leaving little space to walk. there was also a noticeable lack of a kettle and coffee machine, and i did not like that.

All staff were helpful. It is near Saint Lazare station. This station is beneficial for travelling. The room was spacious. Breakfast had many options. Adding breakfast was a good start to my days.
the ISOLATION and sound was not good. I could hear guests smoking nearby. The room looked small.
