“What struck me is its position, tucked away from the tourist crush yet so central-a true find. The staff's genuine helpfulness stood out, especially given the proximity to Saint-Lazare station; ideal for Normandy explorations. A Return Visit is Certain

helpful staff central location spacious room plentiful breakfast
I stayed four nights and found every staff member good. The individuals at reception, the cleaning team, and those managing the breakfast all helped greatly. The hotel stands less than five minutes from Saint Lazare station. The room was spacious and benefited from a lift. Breakfast offered many options. I added it to my stay. It was located away from tourist hustle, yet central to everything. I would stay here again.
Being near the station, keen ears may notice a slight disturbance. You might even feel minor vibrations, however, I found it tolerable.

I booked a "romantic experience" here. It was something I paid for in advance, but staff completely forgot about it. After I reminded them, I had to pick up the wine and chocolates myself. I must say, their quality was average, so I wouldn't recommend that.
