Small Room and Breakfast Issues

The room felt really small. I did not have enough space for my luggage. The breakfast also left something to be desired. Some items were missing, and the staff seemed a bit slow to replenish everything. It was a disappointing experience overall.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They were very cute and helpful, with a personal touch. I liked extras, like coffee, sweets and sparkling water in the reception area. The location is fabulous. I found shops, a park, restaurants and a street market all within a block.
Soundproofing between rooms could be better.

The hotel offered free coffee and water in the lobby! The staff was quite friendly and always ready to assist. The metro station was a short walk away, facilitating easy access to various attractions.
The room felt a bit small for the price. The shower had inconsistent water temperature, alternating between hot and cold. The breakfast selection lacked variety. Though I tried the bakery nearby.

breakfast featured continental options with french cheeses and pastries. the staff at the reception were ready to help and answer questions. the lobby offers a lovely and cozy atmosphere. the bed and pillows in the room provided a comfortable sleep experience.
i found the sound insulation lacking, hearing hallway conversations and noises from adjacent rooms. the neighbor's shower also woke me. this is unacceptable.
