Pier House Resort & Spa offers 119 guest rooms and 23 suites with island-chic accommodations. Traditional Rooms feature either one King or two Queen beds with pillow top mattresses. One-Bedroom Suites provide extra space with King and two Queen beds and a separate living area. The luxurious Two-Bedroom Suites include two stories and 1,200 square feet. Suites feature views of the ocean or the docks from private balconies. All rooms include custom furniture and local art.

The resort provides three restaurants and bars. One Duval features oceanfront dining with dishes reflecting seasonal flavors and fresh ingredients.
