Parrot Key Hotel & Villas has rooms, suites, and villas, each featuring a porch. Available views include tropical gardens or the Gulf of Mexico. Select villas feature a white-sand terrace and a porch overlooking mangrove-lined salt canals. Amenities in all rooms include ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Some suites feature a separate living area with a flat-screen television, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Select Waterfront Rooms come with an extension on check-in/check-out, waterfront lounge chairs, a beach bag with a Turkish towel, bottled water, and enhanced bath amenities. The bi-level suites feature a master bedroom on the second floor with a king-size bed, a full master bath, a soaking tub and shower, and a private balcony.

The Grove Kitchen & Bar is open from sunrise to sunset and features island cuisine and drinks. The menu includes fresh fruit salad, breakfast tacos, mimosas, ceviche, burgers, and sandwiches. A children's menu is available. The Grove offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with poolside service available.

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas provides access to four swimming pools, watersports rentals, a collection of flowering plants, colorful birds, cascading waterfalls and trees that set the stage for a variety of some 50 to 60 butterfly species from around the world creating ' flowers of the sky, ' along with over 20 exotic bird species, all under an air-conditioned, glass enclosed habitat. The 35-40ft depths of the Outer Reefs offer opportunities for larger pelagic fish sighting and large gorgonians, sea fans, soft corals and sponges. The hotel also provides beach toys and kids scavenger hunt.
