Each air-conditioned room includes mattresses in natural latex, solid wood furniture, a 32-inch LED TV with digital Italian and foreign channels, and a minibar stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus sweet and salty snacks. Rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi, a courtesy set in the toilet, a hairdryer, and a shower. Each room has either a balcony or windows facing the harbor or a quiet inner courtyard. The interiors are decorated with hand-worked tiles from Santo Stefano di Camastra, and feature original paintings by local artists.

Things to do
Guests can visit the Sanctuary of Sant'Antonio from Padova, located in a small cave that is said to have been a refuge for the Saint during a storm in 1221. Capo Milazzo is known for its landscape, where Ulysses met Polyphemus, and features Monte Trino. Passed Punta Messinese and the big rock called ' Carciofo ', is possible to arrive with its rocky and low depth Nature shows itself in a great variety of animal and vegetal species, guests can see almost everywhere broom and caper bushes and many animals such as the weasel, the hedgehog, the peregrine falcon, the cormorant, and different species of seagulls. Other destinations include the Greek polis Tyndaris and Taormina, known for its landscape, marine beauty and monuments. Milazzo offers nightlife in the ancient Borgo area, featuring bars, pubs, discos, and restaurants.

Petit Hotel is located in Milazzo, in front of the harbor with boats and hydrofoils to the Eolian Islands. The hotel is 100 km from Fontanarossa. Port of Milazzo and Azienda Agricola Vasari are nearby. An indoor garage is available for guests nearby the building.

The hotel features interiors decorated with hand-worked tiles from Santo Stefano di Camastra. The inner stair that leads to the upper floor recalls the staircase of Piazza Armerina.
