The menu includes Mammola Stockfish with rocket pesto, Swordfish marinated with bergamot, Carnaroli rice of Sibari with caciocavallo cheese of Ciminà and licorice powder, and Rack of lamb of Aspromonte with thyme and eggplant caviar. Traditional cannolo with fresh ricotta cheese and crispy wafer is also available. The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and the public.
