great location cooked omelettes helpful staff gruff service small bathroom dated hotel

the location was unbelievable, right inside the palace. the staff were attentive and very helpful, especially at breakfast. it was lovely to have freshly cooked omelettes and scrambled eggs..

the service felt a little gruff at times. the bathroom was also quite small, i must admit. the hotel felt dated and could use some refurbishment, particularly the sound-proofing between rooms.
