poor pressure broken tv
the staff was helpful with luggage, SUCH A bonus.
The water pressure in the shower SUCKED. the shower head sprayed everywhere. the tv didnt work. It was ANNOYING.

superb experience in heart of the city
convenient location helpful staff fresh options modern amenities
i found the location convenient it was within walking distance of many key attractions. the staff assisted me with directions and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. breakfast included a variety of fresh options including local pastries and fresh fruit i liked the omelets. the room had modern amenities like air conditioning and free wifi that worked without issue
i noticed the street noise was audible at times during the night although it did not significantly disrupt my sleep

the hotel provides easy access to historical sites. the main square is a very short walk away and public transportation links are nearby. shops and restaurants surround the place.

the staff members offered prompt service at all times. they assisted with luggage storage both before check in and after check out. they were consistently available to answer my questions.

the breakfast service included both buffet and à la carte options with many selections. fresh ingredients were used in many breakfast dishes. coffee and tea were available throughout the morning.

airport transfer dinner reservation
The staff was very kind. They secured a fantastic dinner reservation for me. They also provided an early morning airport transfer.
The room did not have a completely silent air conditioning system.
