Underwhelming stay. Some issues need addressing
comfortable bedcoffee machineomelette bar
the room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
The breakfast was a real letdown. I paid extra for it. the coffee machines didn't work properly. i waited over 20 minutes at the omelette bar, but no one came. my pancakes were taken away before i could eat them, and then they ran out. This was a waste of money!

the rooms felt very new after opening in march 2024. i found my room quiet and very clean. the tv had many international channels that i liked.
i noticed the front desk team seemed to avoid eye contact with guests. this felt a little impersonal. my son was not allowed in the pool because he is under 16. i admit i overlooked this detail on the website.
