helpful staff central location large room flaking headboard dirty curtains worn towels

The room was large and comfortable, i liked it. staff helped in arranging a taxi to the airport for me. the location is central, and it's within the walls of the palace. No cars are allowed there, fine with me. i walked myself and my luggage from the drop off point.

the headboard seemed to flake into the bed, this was quite odd. the curtains had some dirty spots and needed cleaning. the towels looked worn and old. soft furnishings need update, this is necessary.

great location beautiful building quality soap

The location was AMAZING. The building itself was beautiful and clean. The staff greeted me with kindness. I found the good quality soap, shampoo, and shower gel in the bathroom.

The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. I could feel all the metal springs.

lovely lodging in a livelier location

central location great decoration

location is pretty superb and central. access became quite easy. the room seems spacious to me and it have great decorations. i loved all the things.

i feel the sofa bed was not very comfortable. i could feel some metal springs. it's not a problem for me but could be for others.

underwhelming stay

noisy air conditioning old bathroom fixtures

the air conditioning was noisy, i found it hard to sleep. also, the bathroom fixtures seemed old. the shower head sprayed water everywhere, and the sink drained slowly. the small size of the television surprised me it wasnt a good experience for me. i expect more for the price i payed.

the location was GREAT with many options for food nearby.

the room was not cleaned on a daily basis, i had to complain. the chandelier in the bedroom was very dusty, IT looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

The location was great, right in the center (i liked that everything was so close). The staff was very helpful arranging taxis. The building had an elevator, and it worked reliably.
