lovely location and amenities

excellent location attentive staff comfortable beds
The hotel's location was excellent. I found it convenient to access various attractions. the staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival, and they were readily available at the reception. the room was well kept. It had comfortable beds and provided adequate space.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. This made it slightly difficult to sleep soundly.

the hotel provides a lift, a real bonus in such a central location, and the hotel's position is very close to the riva. there is service to help with luggage and internal elevator available.

fantastic central stay

central location comfortable bed friendly staff
the location proved very central for my brief visit. it offered convenient access to the port and the main bus station. the hotel provided rooms with great size and a comfortable bed. the staff was helpful and friendly .
i encountered one issue the air conditioning was too noisy for restful sleep. it made it hard to ignore during the night.

The staff provided an excellent breakfast bag since i had to leave early for the airport. The receptionist accompanied me to a travel bureau nearby to help book a trip. She also gave me great advice on places to visit. The room featured a smart coffee machine.
