The hotel staff were very good and made every effort to please us. they even arranged a private boat trip. It was fantastic. i especially liked the bar and balcony area for a drink before going into the town at night. the hotel location is so close to the center.

The breakfast was amazing! the staff were very helpful. And i received a nice room upgrade to a superior double room seaside balcony.
the pool looked nice though there were not many sun beds available. there is an area close to the pool that had tables and chairs that wasnt used much, and it could be used for additional sun beds.

the location was great it was an easy walk to the old town. breakfast had a very good selection i liked sitting outside on the covered patio.
our room felt outdated and very plain the balcony light was broken so we could not sit out there. we had to complain about the bed it dipped loads in the middle but staff did fix this.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, only a short walk to the old town.
The room showed its age, and the beds were not the most comfortable (the musty smell did not help, either). I also found that many of the nearby bars and restaurants were closed .

The reception staff offered helpful tips for local restaurants. The facility was clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the short walk to the town center. It took only five minutes. Staff members were very friendly. Nothing seemed too difficult for them.
I found the pool area to be a little small. It was often difficult to find available sun beds.

The staff exhibited professionalism and remained consistently ready to assist guests. Receptionists provided helpful tips and useful recommendations. This level of service definitely enhanced the overall stay.
