Mixed feelings about my stay
helpful receptionist complete facilities bed placement short stay
the receptionist was really helpful to me facilities were complete with a mini fridge
the bed was too close to the wall on one side getting in and out was difficult all else was okay for the short stay

a mixed bag of experiences
erratic air conditioning thin walls
the room was clean which i suppose is a start.
The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It cut off every few minutes, it was annoying. the walls were thin. I could hear everything happening in the corridor all night. there was no window to open either so the room felt stuffy.

fantastic short stay!
helpful staff recent painting modern bathroom room upgrade
i found the staff very helpful i appreciated their eagerness to please. the rooms benefited from recent painting and new carpeting which was great. i loved the modern bathroom and fresh sheets. i really liked the quiet atmosphere and good value for money i experienced an unexpected room upgrade which was a total bonus.
the bed felt a bit too close to the wall on one side making getting in and out a little difficult but it really was a minor point.

the receptionist was helpful she really went the extra mile for us. the staff displayed great attention to detail i noticed they are committed to guest satisfaction.

i really enjoyed the instant porridge provided as part of the in-room amenities it was such a treat. the kettle and generous tea cups allowed me to make hot drinks whenever i liked adding to the convenience.

my room was spacious and clean with both a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. i found a smart tv in the room which allowed access to netflix. air conditioning kept the space at a perfect temperature all day and night.

the facilities included a mini fridge i found it so useful to store drinks and snacks. i also noticed complimentary tea and coffee provided it added a touch of home. free wi-fi was available.

adequate, but some issues noted
faulty air conditioning unsecured luggage
I found the room wasn't quite what i expected. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. the television also had some issues. It seemed to turn on by itself. there wasn't a proper luggage storage area, bags were left near the entrance.

great location clean room
location was great, very near to the town center. the room was also new and very clean. i found a fridge inside the room, it was useful for my personal drinks.
the room lacked windows. it was stuffy.
