Some 1-Bedroom Suites have 43" TVs. All rooms include radiant-heated bathroom floors, a mini-refrigerator, and a Keurig brew station. Deluxe Luxury Suites (1,100 sq ft) include a king-size bed and a queen-size bed. There are two separate living rooms, each featuring a gas fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa. Two-Bedroom Luxury Suites (1,100 sq ft) combine a Standard Room and a One Bedroom Luxury Suite. They feature a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and two living areas with queen sleeper sofas and gas fireplaces. Luxury Suites (750 sq ft) include a king bed, a living room with a gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55" HDTV. One Bedroom Luxury Suites (750 sq ft) include a separate living room and bedroom with a king bed. Two Bedroom Townhomes feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas with a gas fireplace, a private attached single-car garage, and a personal deck with a hot tub. All suites and townhomes have a private deck with a hot tub and an in-suite washer/dryer.

The 50,000 square-foot amphitheater features outdoor patios for dining and free concerts.
Leisure and Activities
Newpark Resort offers a swimming pool, hot tub, and Fitness Center with steam room and sauna. Summer activities in Park City include golf, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding. The Utah Olympic Park is 2 km away and features summer sport events. The Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs are nearby for water-skiing, kayaking, sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, wakeboarding and fishing.
