the location proved useful with easy access to the metro i appreciated the proximity to local establishments like cafes the neighborhood felt safe even late at night. the room had a functional shower that worked without issues i had hot water at all times

my room felt cluttered with decor it seemed like i was walking through a shop more than a hotel room. the entry door to my floor opened right onto the stairwell this felt unsafe particularly when carrying luggage

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro.

The room was quite small. The soundproofing was awful. I heard everything from neighboring rooms. I found multiple hairs in the bathroom.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . my room was very clean. i found the location to be quite convenient with easy access to public transportation. i especially liked being close to several restaurants.

the soundproofing wasn't the best. i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the staff offered quick check-in. i also saw them assist other guests with directions and travel advice. they maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit.
