Really good stay with amazing views
private transfer smiling welcome fine view central location
The hotel arranged a private transfer from the airport. This was very convenient. i was greeted with smiles and assistance with luggage upon arrival. the junior suite on the top level offered fine views from the private terrace. the location is central, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
I found the cleaning products used had a very strong smell. Requesting no housekeeping addressed this after the first day. a porter was not sent to help me with my luggage when i arrived. i had to roll my luggage up a hill.

The junior suite includes a private terrace with caldera views, offering a serene spot away from crowds. daily room service ensures the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The rooms were very big, though the layout was a bit strange.

the location provides easy access to vibrant shops, lively restaurants, and narrow streets. the hotel is a few meters from the cobblestone path, easing luggage transport, though i feel that there are more hotels with much easier ways to get luggage to the hotel.

steep hill no apologies
the location was excellent. i woke up to a fantastic 180-degree view. breakfast was so good with many choices on the menu.
the transfers were not allowed to go in front of the hotel and the phone was out of order. we had to roll our luggage up a hill. no apologies were given. :(

Lovely Caldera Views and Central Location
central location caldera view really good team
The hotel location is perfect, a short walk from the Main Square. I appreciated being so close to restaurants and bars. The balcony offered unparalleled views of the caldera, especially during sunset. The reception team, especially Polivios, Flavia, and Haylay.
The strong smell of cleaning products was noticeable (and not very pleasant). We requested no housekeeping after the first day because the odor was too intense. This affected our overall comfort during our three-night stay.

The hotel sits in the heart of Fira, near transportation, the prehistoric museum, and the cable car, providing easy access to explore. The position provides very nice views of the caldera and visiting cruise ships.

Breakfast is served on the terrace, a great way to start the day with a view. I highly recommend the farmhouse breakfast and pancakes (especially the pancakes!). There are many choices on the menu, ensuring everyone finds something they like.
