the staff were fabulous, and they were so friendly. i feel they would do almost anything to take care of you. the room was cleaned every day, and the garden was fabulous. the food was great, too.
The bathrooms could use some updating. the shower was nice.

I found the staff very attentive. They always greeted me with a smile. the pool was fantastic and quite large! i loved the diverse, delicious food offered each day. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle bus service to nearby beaches.
The air conditioning unit in my room made a slight noise. It didn't really bother me though.

The breakfast offered decent value, costing 150 baht for four courses plus coffee and juice.
The room was old. The air conditioning was loud and not very cool. The receptionist did not offer to switch rooms when the shower leaked into the bedroom at 10 pm.
