Khaolak Bayfront Resort has 74 rooms, including Beach Front Bungalows, Deluxe Sea View Bungalows, Deluxe Rooms, Superior Sea View Rooms, and Superior Mountain View (Standard) Rooms. Each room includes a coffee and tea maker, minibar, in-room electronic safe, satellite television, and complimentary wireless internet. All rooms have private balconies. Beach Front Bungalows feature a Jacuzzi. Deluxe Sea View Bungalows (45.20 sqm) offer a limited sea view and a long sofa in the sitting area. Deluxe Rooms (38.20 sqm) overlook the swimming pool and garden, with king and twin bed options. Superior Sea View Rooms (42 sqm) feature ceramics in the bathroom and a large private balcony with mountain and sea views. Superior Mountain View rooms (33.6 sqm) have mountain views.
On-Site Dining
Bayfront Restaurant serves local, European, and seafood dishes with an ocean view. Mujarin Restaurant, with 80 seats, features a tropical forest garden setting and serves European and Thai cuisine using fresh, daily vegetables, meat, and seafood; open 11:00 am - 11:00 pm. The Pool Bar, open from mid-morning until late, serves a variety of cocktails, drinks, lunch, and daily specials with ocean views and access to sunbathing and the swimming pool; open 10:30 - 23:00. Breakfast is included for two guests in all room categories.
Leisure and Spa
Khaolak Bayfront Resort features two outdoor swimming pools, one narrow pool in the center of the resort, and another facing the beach with a children's pool (60 cm deep for children, 90-150 cm for adults). Guests can access a miles-long stretch of sandy beach, lined with sunbeds. The Orchid Spa offers traditional Thai massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, and herbal steam treatments; open 9:00 - 20:00. Coconut oil massage is also available. Guests receive one cocktail per person per stay. Additional recreational facilities include a sauna and massage services. Guests can detoxify with Thai herb body treatments.
Location and Access
Khaolak Bayfront Resort is located in Phang Nga province, in the South of Thailand. It is located 3 km from Khaolak Centre. Phuket International Airport is an hour's drive away (80 km). The resort offers direct access to the southern end of a long beach, near Khaolak National Park (a 15-minute drive) and Lampi Waterfall. Landmarks nearby include Khao Lak Eco Trekking (2 km), Bang Niang Beach (4 km), and Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park (2 km). To reach the resort from Takuapa town, drive straight for 30 km. If you see Khaolak National Park, turn back.
Hotel Services
Khaolak Bayfront Resort provides complimentary wireless internet access. The hotel provides tour/ticket assistance. There is also an internet access center with 24-hour service. Guests get one cocktail per person per stay. The hotel offers a pool bar and on-site restaurant that stays open late. Extra bed for adults 11 years old up charge 750 THB per night; children under 11 years old sharing parent's room using existing bed will be charged for additional breakfast 250 THB per night.
