the staff were all very helpful. matias upgraded us to a nicer room with a balcony overlooking the park opposite the hotel. it is a great location and the breakfast was fantastic every day. everywhere was super clean and clean.

the hotel looked different in real life compared to the pictures. the bar and public areas were much smaller than they looked. this was a little disappointing.

breakfast offered a great spread of anything you could think of. staff provided smiling service. they could not do enough for you making it a good start to the day.

the location proved perfect for exploring the city. taxis were fairly inexpensive. uber offered even better value. the hotel is an ideal base to see the sights.

The room provided a balcony for wonderful views. Room number 903 was a treat with its park view. Staffs were super helpful with all requests. I enjoyed excellent breakfast and had a well priced dinner.

The bar area was slightly smaller then expected.

The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes, offering options for exercise. A cool spa was available for relaxation after a long day. These facilities enhanced my stay.

Bianca and Mateus was very helpful at reception, provide good service. Diego, Sasha, Valentina and Eduardo offer suggestion to great coffee shops. Thomas arranged the car pick up, its very thoughtful.

The location were perfect for exploring attractions, its easy to walk around. The hotel overlooked the park, that create a great atmosphere. Many great coffee shops and restaurants are close to the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely with many options, and the food taste really good. The ground floor offers great food, a good bar, and a relaxed restaurant. I enjoyed the excellent sorbet.
