the hotel location is excellent the main attractions are a short walk i liked this. the staff i met were courteous and spoke good english it was helpful. the breakfast included plenty of good quality choices it was better than expected.

the check-in line was long after check in time the clerks moved slowly. i had to ask three times for the room to be cleaned . the room design felt dated there were torn curtains.

the location was GREAT! it was very quiet at night considering it's in the heart of the city.

the breakfast buffet was disappointing with many items missing DAILY and not replenished quickly. some items were mislabeled and there was no soy or almond milk available. i was frustrated by the lack of options and slow service. it really ruined my morning.

The breakfast included many choices and fresh fruit. The rooftop pool provided good views and relaxation after sightseeing. The staff at reception were responsive and addressed my requests promptly. I found the location convenient. It allowed easy access to historical sites.

It did affect the overall experience. I noticed the sounds mainly in the morning.
