The design felt excellent. Breakfast included a good variety of options. The quality of dishes stood out. Service felt very professional.

The window did not fully shut, i complained about the noise. Staff showed interest and astonishment that i complained about noise. I felt disrespected after asking for compensation.

The staff was helpful through whatsapp. Oliver contacted me before arrival. the hotel arranged transfers and tours. the room had comforts a traveller could want, it was great. breakfast was over the top with menu options.

The gym was small. Some equipment was out of order.

the hotel location was central. breakfast was a la carte, with really delicious options, served elegantly. the room had complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge. good espresso.

the hotel seemed like it was opened quickly, but wasn't quite finished. the windows are single-paned, and they didn't fully shut. i complained about the outside noise and a window that wouldn't even close, but staff acted surprised i was complaining.

unstocked minibar disorganized service

the location of the hotel was quite convenient.

unfortunately, i faced some issues. the minibar in the room was not consistently restocked, and i had to call multiple times to request items. this was inconvenient. the service felt disorganized at times. also, the room size differed significantly from what i expected based on the description.

Superb Stay in a Fantastic Location

excellent service amazing decor great location

The staff provided excellent service. Oliver, the Manager, provided assistance. Margherita in the restaurant was amazing. Mohammed, the Porter, was very helpful. The hotel features amazing decor and a great location. I found the hotel excellent and very helpful.

The hotel opened hastily. The windows were not properly insulated. The noise from outside was significant. Double glazing installation occurred after my complaints.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a home-like warmth to it. The decor was elegant. The minibar was free of charge.

The staff was kind and available. The reception staff greeted me with warmth. Lumina and Guillermo offered helpful recommendations. Every staff member seemed invested in making my stay lovely.

The location was in the middle of the best parts. Trevi Fountain, Navona Square and Piazza Venezia are nearby. Everything was within walking distance. I could easily explore the city.
