complicated heating in-room facilities
The room felt a bit too COLD at times. i struggled a bit with the heating system. It seemed complicated. also, i REALLY missed having tea and coffee making facilities directly in the room. i had to go downstairs each time, which wasn't convenient.

clean room amazing staff tourist attraction fresh cappuccino
i stayed in a suite design bath and it was like a dream. the room was very clean. the staff was amazing and polite. all the main tourist attractions are within 5 min walking distance (wow!). the breakfast was plentiful. fresh cappuccino was always available! i even got travel tips.
the hotel lacks a bar. i missed having a place to unwind with a drink after a day of exploring. it's a very minor thing though.
