The reception provided assistance with local directions, a great help for navigating the area. The room was also ready ahead of the scheduled check-in time. I found the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I thought the staff was polite and helpful.

The elevator seemed a bit slow at times.

The room had a double bed and basic furnishings. I could find fresh towels and toiletries. Air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature. A television provided entertainment, that was a plus. The room included blackout curtains, ensuring darkness.

Free wifi access was available throughout the hotel. There's elevator access to all floors, which i appreciate. The hotel provided luggage storage before check-in, that helps a lot. A 24-hour reception was available.

Staff members were helpful with directions. The reception was open around the clock, it ensures assistance at any hour! Check-in was quick and efficient, i thought the process was good. The staff was fluent in English.

decent accommodation

helpful staff amazing location missing towels faulty lock

the staff was helpful. the location is amazing because i don't need to use public transport. the city centre is 20 min if i walk. i like the staff, they are very helpful.

the room didn't have towels, this was an oversight. the lock on the door didn't work properly and someone even came into our room using a different keycard. there was little hot water available at any time of day.
