convenient location short walk poor soundproofing low quality
the location was very convenient to the train station. it was just a short walk, maybe two minutes. the rooms were always cleaned perfectly, and i found this so romantic and attentive to detail.
The bedroom was not soundproof. i could hear people talking in adjacent rooms, and this was distracting. the towels also didn't smell particularly nice. They lacked quality.

loose towel rail uncomfortable bed
The room was small, i felt cramped. the towel rail in the bathroom was loose and seemed ready to fall. the shower head had some dark residue, possibly mold. the bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows offered little support, and i woke with a stiff neck.

the location provided easy access to transportation options. the train station was a short walk away (about 5 minutes). the staff was very helpful with directions. i appreciated the comfortable beds after long days of travel.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

central location, practical stay
central location helpful staff
the location was indeed central , allowing easy access to the train station and nearby attractions. the staff were helpful, we were offered to store luggage after checkout prior to our train departure. i found this very convenient.
the soundproofing was minimal , i could clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. this made it difficult to sleep at times.

breakfast offered a simple continental selection, it included basic items , and was sufficient for starting the day. i did not see any fresh-cut fruits offered during breakfast.

the reception team was lovely and accommodating. they assisted with calling emergency services when my sister experienced a toothache , which was very kind. the staff ensured our room was kept clean daily.

the room included a safe , a fridge , and a tv despite the limited space, maximizing its utility. the bathroom was modern , and the room was attractively decorated. the beds were comfortable.
