beautiful staircase spacious room

the location provided easy access to the main square, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. i found the staircase quite beautiful and the room was spacious. a 24-hour front desk was available, offering added security.

the breakfast was a little repetitive. i wish there was more variety to choose from each morning. however, the croissants were delicious.

Central Location and Helpful Staff

convenient location informative staff good water

The hotel is near Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. The train station is a short walk providing access to the French Riviera. Hotel staff are informative. I found this location convenient. The room offered a good bed, and the shower had good water pressure.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I did not report it, as I spent most of the day outside.

The room featured a large window overlooking the back of the building, so the view wasn't amazing! An elevator was available for easy access to different floors, I found this very practical.

This location offers close proximity to public transportation and a quiet street. The hotel is near many local cafes and shops, so you can easily find anything you need. Seaside access requires only a 10-15 minute walk.

I didn't eat at the hotel. there is a lovely cafe opposite the hotel. This hotel offers great breakfast options and take away coffee. This looks to be a very good deal.

rough towels stale pastries

the towels provided were pretty rough, almost like sandpaper. i suspect they were washed a few too many times. also, i found the breakfast selection underwhelming.. it lacked variety and the pastries seemed a tad stale. i was hoping for more considering what i paid.

the hotel is close to the place massena, promenade des anglais, and the market (it's really convenient!). reaching the hotel from the train station is easy. the staff are helpful and informative. arranging parking for my car worked out well, useful.

there was no water in the room or coffee. i think this is a basic standard for every hotel. the toilet was very small.

A Decent Stay Near Popular Spots

convenient location effective shower faulty air conditioning sound isolation

The location was convenient to popular spots. The proximity to the city center made it easy to access everything. I also appreciated the decent bed. It was made of twin beds pushed together. The shower pressure was effective.

The air conditioning did not function. I didn't bother reporting it since I knew I would be out most of the day. I found there was a big problem with sound isolation between the rooms. I could hear my neighbors talking and using the toilet.
