Room choices range from the Harbor Studio (140 square feet with patio seating) to the Lakeside Family Suite (440 square feet with two separate rooms). The Farmhouse Room includes courtyard access, while the Lakeside Superior Room features a hedged patio.
Dining at Otis
The Otis Lounge includes an Up North fieldstone fireplace and a bar. The lounge serves specialty cocktails, such as the Otis Old Fashioned with Traverse City cherry liqueur, and share plates. Birchwood General, the on-site shop, sells goods for eating, drinking, and gathering, including books, outdoor accessories, and picnic items.
Leisure activities
Guests can experience peek-a-boo views of Lake Michigan. The hotel is near activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing.
