many options great spot
The staff helped organize tours. This. Breakfast included many options, and there were some changes every day. GREAT. The rooftop was a great spot to watch the balloons, it HOVERED right above.
The hotel only provided two water bottles daily, I think it's TOO FEW.

The staff was helpful, giving advice about local activities. Breakfast included a GOOD selection. The terrace had a view of air balloons.

convenient location helpful staff food variety inconsistent shower no elevator high price
i appreciated the hotel's location near the town center. it made exploring convenient. the staff was helpful , especially with local recommendations. the breakfast offered a good variety of foods.
the shower pressure was inconsistent. the lack of an elevator was an issue because i had luggage. i noticed the tour prices offered at the hotel were higher than elsewhere.

Fantastic Experience
late transfer excellent cleanliness
The staff arranged a very late-night transfer after my flight diverted. They greeted me with tea and cookies. The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness and a fresh scent.
The tour I booked through the hotel cost more than those offered by other agencies..

limited water balloon ride commission
the daily water provision was limited to two bottles per room. this was not consistently replenished. i had to request additional bottles at the reception and was charged despite not receiving water earlier that day. furthermore, i felt pressured to book a hot air balloon ride through the hotel and sensed the staff were primarily motivated by commission.
