the room was very clean upon arrival and the décor was very nice. Breakfast offered many selections, including local breads and fresh honey. the rooftop terrace offered lovely views of the hot air balloons. I found the staff courteous and helpful, especially in the breakfast area.

the walls were a bit thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

I had booked a room with a jacuzzi. unfortunately, stuff came out of the jets when i tried to use it. i told the front desk and they said someone would fix it that day, but it was still broken that night. breakfast was not great. There weren't many options and no labels on anything (i wasn't a fan of the surprise jams).

the room was clean and mostly met our basic needs for a short stay.

i booked a 'beautiful double room private garden balcony', but it wasn't like what i expected. the room felt more like a basement and it lacked natural light or fresh air. to make matters worse, my credit card was charged twice for the same reservationwith more problems.

Excellent Hotel with Fine Balloon Views

The hotel decor was tasteful, and the lobby ceiling had a beautiful design. Rooms were spacious, with all necessary amenities provided. The terrace featured excellent views of the balloons. Low seating arrangements on the terrace supported viewing and photographing the scenery. I appreciated the hotel's architecture and the staff's helpfulness.

During my visit, there was excessive noise in the yard. This was distracting, particularly during early morning hours. It was hard to sleep due to that noise.

This location had easy access for pick-up and drop-off vehicles. The hotel is located near many attractions. I loved that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and the main bus terminal.

The breakfast had a wide array of options. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. It included hot food. The spread had many vegetarian options. I especially loved the Turkish dishes.
