The hotel serves a buffet breakfast at Böle restaurant on the 6th floor, weekdays from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and weekends from 7 to 11 a.m. The breakfast buffet includes bread, croissants, pies, egg butter, yogurt, fruits, cheeses, cold meats, warm dishes, coffee, tea, and juices. Breakfast can be delivered to rooms weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There are more than 250 shops, cafes and restaurants in the mall.

The hotel has a gym. Saunas are available every day from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Lockable lockers are in the sauna area. The hotel is located near Keskuspuisto park which has pedestrian routes. Also located nearby is Linnanmäki Amusement Park which features over 40 amusement rides, games, restaurants and cafes. Mall of Tripla features nearly 250 shops.

Helsinki Airport is accessible by train. Tram numbers 2 and 7 depart from the Railway Station. Long-distance buses depart from Kamppi Shopping Centre's bus terminal. The hotel is 1.5 km from Telia 5G Areena, 2.5 km from Temppeliaukio Church, and 1 km from the Olympic Stadium.

Parking for reduced mobility is on floor P1 of the Tripla car park, near the elevator to the hotel reception on floor 4. Electric car charging stations are on floors P2-P4 of Triplaparkki.
