The hotel's location was central, a definite plus for exploring. I found the breakfast room spacious. It was good to see a very ample buffet each morning. I also liked the Finnish design and themed floors. It added a unique touch.

The check-in process was like a complete disaster. I waited around for about 15 minutes, and the receptionist checked me in with a lack of enthusiasm. The bathroom ventilation wasn't working well. The bathroom would be completely filled with vapor after a short shower. The sink in the bathroom also was not clean.
