Options include three suites with saunas, three suites with bathtubs, 30 superior rooms, 57 standard twin or double rooms, 12 large family rooms (connecting standard rooms suitable for two adults and four children), and eight small family rooms (standard room with bunk beds for a maximum of two adults and two children). Two rooms are designed for guests with disabilities. Standard rooms offer a classic decor with one large double bed or two single beds. Superior rooms are new or newly renovated, some featuring carpeted floors and a sitting area with a sofa and table. Most superior rooms include king-size double beds. Family rooms consist of two connecting standard rooms. Suites have a living room, a separate bedroom, and a furnished balcony.

Tallinn Viimsi SPA offers a range of dining options, including the Viimsi SPA buffet restaurant on the ground floor. Black Rose, an English pub, provides live music programs on Friday and Saturday evenings (September to May). The lobby bar is open 24 hours. The Viimsi SPA buffet restaurant serves breakfast (Monday-Friday 7:30-10:30, Saturday 8:00-11:00, Sunday 8:00-12:00), lunch (Monday-Friday 12:00-15:00), and dinner (Friday-Saturday 17:00-20:00).
