“What strikes me is its setting within a renovated tobacco factory, now a contemporary culture center. The rooms are modern, though a bit of a walk to the old town's action; still, the nearby bus makes getting to Bilbao easy. I appreciate the blend of history and modern design, especially with those unique room configurations.”

terrible smell basic breakfast
The staff were nice and helpful. That was acceptable.
The room did not have accessible windows, so there was no proper ventilation. It smelled terrible. The location is worsening. The area feels unsafe at night. The breakfast cost 18€, but there was little variety or quantity. There was no hot food some days.
