The staff were very helpful. they gave me hot water and an iron when i needed them. the lobby is especially nice. It invites spending time and has a cafe and bar.
the heating did not work properly, so it was cold in the room.

the staff provided superb assistance. i found the breakfast varied and quite satisfying. the hotel's location suited me perfectly, being close to public transport but also within walking distance of the city center and i could open the window in my room for fresh air, which i always appreciate.
the room was somewhat small for two people though it was adequate for my solo trip.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful they provided useful information about the surrounding area and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.

the rooms were well-kept and clean with functional design the beds offered good support i slept soundly and the shower had good pressure a real bonus after a long day.

the hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop i found getting around the city quite easy the rhine river is also just a short walk away for pleasant strolls and sightseeing.

The staff were nice. I had a modern room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a spacious shower. The hotel was also conveniently located near the city center.
The room was a bit small.
