big room bright room helpful people old room small tv plug socket
the room was big and bright i found. the biggest bed i seen at a hotel. the people working there helped me with kindness. food was very good also. everyday dinner had some different options.
the rooms need updating. it look old and small inside. there was not enough plug sockets. the hotel is very busy and loud. you can hear bars from outside.

The food offered many choices. It was good. The staff was very polite. I found the location to be very convenient to the beach, the bus stop, and the walking area near restaurants. It was great.
The gym's shower room was filthy!

The location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
The food quality was subpar. Many dishes seemed to rely on pre-made ingredients and excessive seasoning. Cleanliness was also an issue, as I often found unclean plates and glasses, raising concerns about hygiene. The provided towels were consistently stained and of low quality.

great hotel close to everything!
kind staff themed nights helpful staff
i am very grateful for my time. i found the rooms cleaned daily. staff were helpful and kind. the food was varied and i enjoyed the themed nights.
i found the pool a little small for the number of guests at the hotel. sometimes, it was difficult to swim without bumping into others.

the reception staff addressed inquiries well. they assisted with local information and services, such as taxi arrangements. their attention was good.

the hotel has a big pool with designated areas for kids. i observed there were plenty of sunbeds available. the pool bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.
